I made 2 bookings for a family trip to Cancun and ever since then I have not been able to speak with anyone . All the phone numbers are not working except the one to make a booking which is 877 248 5501 or 866 590 7027. I sent several emails and there is alway an auto reply that you would be contacted within 24-48hrs but that is not true. It has been 2 week since feb 21st that I have been trying to speak with someone.
