This is most definetly a scam. Do not use Omni support. I was on the phone over an hour and I let one of their technicians have access to my computer. Felt uncomfortable from the start. I just wanted into my email account. had to pull the plug once he was spounting all this gargin about viruses. I just wanted to re-set my password. How unforcunate.

  • This person might have an issue which is why he/she allegedly contacted us. We have checked our call logs for past one week and we haven’t found a record of any call being over an hour long, except for a few troubleshooting calls for existing customers.

Generally, our technician runs a free diagnosis to get to the root cause of any issue, including a balky email account, using a respected third-party diagnosis tool on the customer’s computer to uncover the root of the problem as the initial troubleshooting step. We might have checked the customer’s computer and it showed some system errors, broken registry entries and polymorphic viruses and that scan result was conveyed to the customer. We cannot and would not create a fake scan result. We access the customer’s computer using a well-known and trusted remote 3rd-party access tool called “LogMeIn”. Our process is very transparent.

We do not do any unethical practices or scam the people. We provide quality, affordable technical support. We are always here to assist people who truly need our experienced technician’s help regarding their any software related-issues at any time, 24/7. We have earned and maintained an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, which tells about our success story and trustworthy service at any point of time.
