I called for emergency plumbing service approx 2:00 pm. I was tolled that someone would be in contact me within 24 hours. I have spoken to Three reps. two supervisors and still have not heard from one contractor. They are trying to give an authorization to find my own cotractor, but the first one I came up with they told me that they are on there "do not call list". I wonder if the reason why there are on that list is because AHS does not pay or they have a reputation for not handling venders. Please tell me why they have had class action complaints. Someone needs to look into how they can continue to missleed the public. I seems to me that companys don't want to deal with them.
