Michael Pearce together with Mike Hanran offer finance on property loans but do not follow through. They have no financial licence nor brokerage licence. This is scam... They take your money for a supposed valuation and the setting up of a company trust as well as a $2000 "comment fee" ( meant to spell commitment fee) and then make up they can't get you the loan because of supposed fraudulent information on your behalf!
