My nephew-in-law fraudulently took my credit card and bought dating services through cupidbill.info. I notified my credit card company and disputed 5 charges of $29.99 equalling $149.95 USD. My credit card company advised to get a copy of Cupidbill's cancelation and refund policy. I called them on 5 occasions each time promising I would receive a refund and the cancellation policy within 48 hours. This has not occurred.
My nephew-in-law took off to his birth state so I have no opportunity to reach him to pay me back. I attempted to file charges against him, but due to the amount. it is a misdemeanor and the DA said it would pointless to extradite him. So I am stuck.
