I ordered a "free" trial bottle of Vivexin from a FB ad I saw. The S & H fee was $5. which I paid. Got my trial bottle just fine and very quickly. However, I did want to cancel the repeating order of this product before they charged me a fortune. So I called them yesterday to do just that. They of course reduced the price to try to convince me to continue to order their product....which I do like by the way. But, when I told them no, I can not afford anything right now, they said that I would then have to pay $26.95 for the bottle I had already received. I told them NO...that was NOT the deal...that it was a FREE trial. They said ok, then I would have to send back the bottle to them in order to not be charged. Just wow. VERY DECEPTIVE and that was NOT made clear when ordering. I'll send back the bottle all right...when it's empty!
