I have been trying to contact this company online (their live help) and by phone. I can not locate an email account or even a corporate office. I do not want the product. I returned the second jar they sent within a month of the 'trial". A bank fee was imposed on my because of this. I do not want the recurring fees or the products. They participate in false representation of their product and policies and make it difficult for direct communication to resolve the situation.
