Let me start by saying I am a 10 year military veteran, still curently serving. With than in mind lets start with Tony the desk man at this crooked place. He begain our business noticing I was in the military, and continued to inform me of the wars he was in and all the service and honor he loved when he was enlisted.Now come to find out he was never in the service it was just a tactic to pull me in. I ended up trading my F150 and put $2500 down on a 2002 SSEI pontiac bonieville. it was a nightmare from day 1. During the test drive the car stalled out out several times, the gas guage did not work the check engine light was on the head liner was coming off, only the drivers window worked and the mirrors were loose. - the salesman Tony who said he's a stand up guy and will tell you everything that is wrong with the car and that the vehicle had just arrived and they had not had a chance to look it over but would fix all the issues I requested, which at first glance looked fixed when I came to pick up the car except the gas guage and windows.They tried to say i could pull out of the deal but they would keep the money i put down because of the work they had "put in" to the car. I refused and said i would try to fix the gas and window issues myself. Three (3) days later I brought the car back because the "Service Engine Soon" light had come on. To which Dan "the owner" stated that I had shocked the car by the amount of miles drivin. They would not help at all. about 35 days after buying the car it completly broke down with a spun lower engine bearing, leaving myself my wife and 2 small children stranded on the mass pike for 7 hrs. I called and they said i was over the lemon law by 5 days and i bought it "AS IS" and not to bother them with my issues anymore. I just finished paying of the loan I took out for the car and it has not started or moved because of the servirety of the engine issue, since that day. I have called the news and lawers and noone will help me!!!! i hope you can get some results and look forward to saving other people from loosing money and time in this horrible business.
