Hello , this is how it starts, i was thinking mabie i need a car,so i searcher on google, loans, and they droper financefacility, i was thinking hm mabie yea ok, i just pust my name,telephone number, press aply ,than it show allot of info ,that i have to fill it, and than i thout o mabie i dont need it,and cancel it,but then about 20minutes later,i getting a call,i answer and the operator (women) speak very beutifull that i sayd,sure ok why not we can try, i ddnt except for getting something , after all the information she just said,i will charge for 50p to see your card history or smth, yea right... next day i got a payday from work,and then 79 pounds disapeard, ... and saw the history,finance facility... so any idea how to get refund, couse im emailing them,they say , i diddint take any credit ii ddint got any money from them

Having read our T&C's, you will be aware that once an application has been processed, it cannot then be cancelled and that we act as your Personal Broker for a period of 6 months and we will continue to put you to any new lenders as they come on board. Also, this type of service is exempt from the The Financial Services (distance marketing regulations) 2004, the section 11.(b) of that particular Act of Parliament applies.
