I purchased a pair of shoes from this company in November. Had not received them by February and filed a complaint. They never responded. I went to the Better Business Bureau and they finally decided to respond. They said the package was "somewhere" in the Los Angeles mail system and that I should go look for it. First of all, I live in Northern Califonia. Second, I shouldn't have to go searching for a package that they lost. I requested a refund, they said sure. I never received the refund.
