Jan. 1, 2014 I received a phone call from Publishers Clearing House. Stating I had won a prize in the April 30, 2014 drawing and that I was chosen for also receiving a diamond watch that they would send to me after they received the proper paper work back. Also I had won 4 free magazines. They being Ladies Home Journal, Cookbook Digest, Good Housekeeping, and Better Homes and Garden. All for 5 years.
As long as I Paid for one At $3.68 a week for 52 weeks. I chose Every Day with Rachael Ray. They then said I could not cancel. I said "How much is this going to be?" Allyson Dauito said she could not give me the total price and I had to talk to her supervisor. I was then connected to Supervisor #27 John Williams. He also would not tell me the total price. They would not tell me the total price until they got my credit card number. When I received the confirmation letter there was nothing saying I was getting any magazine for Free. And the Total was stated to be $956.80. Which is outrageous for what I was getting. So on Jan.6,2014 I called and their customer service was closed. I then called on Jan.7,2014 and had my Husband talk to the customer rep. Shandey. They agreed to 1 year at $239.20, no watch and I have not received any of the magazines I ordered. I have received Cosmo. I just don't understand, I am unable to get through to there customer service dept.
