Charged for a product I didn't order. Called the rep and was told to send product back and my money would be returned and I would be removed from future mailings. I returned product on 8 Feb 2014 but have not received my refund. When I try to call the 1-800-385-2561 I can never talk with anyone. It goes to voicemail.
