My jacket arrived promptly. It is well made and the leather is of good quality. Unfortunately it does not fit. I followed the directions for measurements on the Leathercult website. My chest measures 41 inches, I quoted 44inches to achieve a looser fit. It is so tight that I cannot breathe if I fasten the jacket while I am wearing it. I informed Leathercult customer support. They have been dilatory and unhelpful and so far the best offer they have given is 10% off a future purchase. Had Leathercult dealt with my concern promptly and appropriately I would certainly have been a future customer and I would have given positive recommendations to all my friends. Right now I would not consider buying another item from Leathercult and I will advise anyone who is considering buying from them to look elsewhere. I have sent this review to Leathercult but I guess they will not publish it. They do not answer my messages. My advice is beware of Leathercults promises. I am sure thare are those who have had positive experiences with them. The key question is what will happen if things do not go well. I would go to a company with a good record in dealing with problems and that is not Leathercult.
