I am curretnly looking for a house for rent and I came across a 3bd 2bath home in Daly city for 2100.?? That was a red flag right there but there was a phone number and so I called it. I was told I could lease to buy or lease the house for 1-5 years. When I asked if I could schedule a walk through, I was told that I needed to pay a fee of $40 to become a member and that I would have access to all 66 properties currently available. HHHMMMMM...another RED FLAG. I said ok thank you and hung up! Becareful out there people and do your research before you commit or give MONEY to any "agency" or people period! There is A LOT OF SCAMING going on and many people go for it..
