Shopped with them for awhile and was forced to buy shoes a Few different months. Since they charge your card every month and if u forget to "skip the month" you're basically screwed for 40 bucks!
I tried to cancel my account multiple times and they wouldn't let me. After I called the last time, thinking my card wouldn't be charged again and I after I went to my bank I told they DO NOT LET THEM CHARGE MY CARD AGAIN, they did!! After that time, it over drafted my account 80 some dollars and that's how it was almost $200 when it was said and done.
I might add, I loves their shoes and it saddens me that they do this stupid "club fee" every month. The own is a greedy blank...that is truth.
