Was contacted by them by email and phone as I was looking for a loan. They said that they could loan me the amount that I needed and since my credit was not excellent they could help me through 3rd party lenders. I looked the company up on the internet - they looked legit as they had been in business for ten years and everything I did to try to find info on them seemed to pan out. They sent me a contract and I was to pay the first three months up front as a good faith since my credit was iffy and then there was a fee for the transfer of funds from to Jamaica to the US. Then they hit me with the fact that there was to be another fee - I told them that there was no more money - so no loan. Now to get MY money back they want $300. I have contacted the attorney general in my state and they in turn told me to turn it over to the FBI. I told them that is what I am doing and they told me they would have me arrested for malious mischief - I told them to go ahead cause if they were legit they had no worries.
