I purchased an at home kit for what I thought was 1. Website said limited time offer. When trying to purchase it told me transaction error two times. When I looked at my bank account I had a pending charge of 79.99. I immediately contacted the company who told me I was getting a deal because it's normally 159.99. I asked them to refund it and the person I spoke to said they would send it for review. Since then I have contacted several times and always get the run around. "It takes 7-10 business days to review" "it takes 7-10 business days to process and after that, contact your bank" I did contact my bank and they told me as soon as they receive something, it is automatically posted to my account. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me one was not available. I asked to have a supervisor call me and was told by the person I was talking to said that she was more than capable to handling my call. I told her I was told the same thing several times and I wanted to speak to a supervisor. Again she refused and told me she was putting me through to a customer care survey. And hung up on me.
