my problems again with goose almost 2 years agowhen I bought my first smartphone from them that's the nightmare begins with inadequate service inadequate equipment unable toresolve any issue any replacement or any help whatsoever from boostI have purchased a total of 6 no 7 phones in the last 2 years from themthe problem with boost is a sucker you into the shrinkage and being a long time customerand not able to afford a new phone and a new carrierit becomes impossible to switch carriersif you are on a fixed incomehaving said that that is why I you had to stay with themthe problem is that each and every phone they sold me was defective they are selling consumers supposably brand new phones and they know that these phones are not good. it is my belief that they have collusion with different manufacturers the manufacturers are selling boost crap phone and then they are offering them to consumer. there is no accountability there is no responsibility there is nothing that boost will take responsibility for. the worst thing that happened after a huge disagreement on the telephone well I was very distraughtbecause I had just again paid $400 for a phone that lasted only 3 monthsand they told me that there was nothing they would do nothingat that point I was cryingI hung up the phonefive minutes later pounding on my front door what is a Boise police officer. needless to say I was surprised and shocked to find an officer at my doorhe wanted to know if I was okand I responded yes why?he then told me that he was contacted by boost and they said to police I was having thoughts of suicide during the length of our conversation not one person ever ask me anything like that I never said anything like that they never told me that they were going to do such a horrible thing. I could not believe that boost had made a fraudulent 911 call . that is just NASTY ..i found it to be an attack..our punishment..lack of better word. They fabricated lied and humiliated me ...
