Email received just minutes ago on my business email address, sent from Trading and Logistics Company -- [email protected], mailed via navi.fullspace.ru. Didn't even bother to reply, as it didn't look like any position I had applied for I immediately suspected a scam.

The Company needs a accurate Global Supply Manager to assist with or lead their key initiatives.

In this role, you'll be responsible for replenishment processes to meet objectives, acquisition and distribution of product, improving levels of customer service that will impact the entire department.

Essential Duties: Candidate must be able to:
- Ensure inventory planning
- Operate closely with global managers to carry out global purchasing functions
- Cooperate with procurement planning staff to evaluate customer orders versus available goods to develop a weekly ship plan and keep on-time delivery
- Build and maintain vendor relationships, which includes regulated visits to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Forecast changes in lead time to advise on alternatives and original sourcing
- Ride to store locations to corroborate product assortment, gather feedback, and analyze information with the team

Candidates for this position should have solid business writing, time management skills. Must be a multi-task, must be friendly person. The successful candidate for this role will have ability to to maintain an outstanding relationship with different groups of people; to work in collaborative environment and make answers at the right time.
Knowledge of programs like Microsoft Office Tools Excel, Word and Outlook is required.
Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and access to transport as some travel will be essential due to the nature of the position.
