I joined wealthymatch.com yesterday and paid online for a 3-day trial. When I went online today to check the site to see if I had any messages, I found that I couldn't log in with my username and password that they had confirmed I used in the 'Welcome' email in which I needed to activate my email address and have not been able to log on at all today.

When I checked my bank statement today I had a payment pending of $3.30 on 19 Jan 2014 and a payment pending of $44.43 on 18 Jan 2014. These payments are to a company called bizformat.com and because I cannot access my account I cannot access this company's phone number or email to find out why I have been billed twice.

I just want my money back please.
