I am reporting this website for fraud, criminal scamming and gross false advertising. The website is called http://www.therichptc.com and it committed flat out fraud.
They claimed that I would be able to advertise my website to thousands of visitors, and receive "real, targeted traffic" to my site...and also be able to click on advertiser offers and earn up to & including several thousand dollars.
However all I received in the mail were 411 Nigerian scam offers, scams from the Philipenes and fake overseas Lottery tickets. Also they have no support ticket area to contact anyone at all.
This was all before I knew it was a full-fledged scam, and the CC company has claimed this is an "intangible" service so they can't do a thing.
Excuse me? Intangible? The product was advertising which is as tangible as it comes!!! They did NOT provide, by the evidence invested it is clear they are an illegal scam run by a Chinese thief named Chou.

They deserve to be shut down and any further payments or past payments be refunded immediately. No questions asked.

I just wanted to report that the aforementioned company, has claims on their website in three separate places that you will receive "real" actual "Advertising".

All of these claims are false. $29.95, $179.95 and $399.95 are the packages they propose and declare on their website. However, once I added my "address" to their newsletter I received nothing but phishing attacks.

Emails from Indonesian scammers come from the Phillipines or Nigeria. Also any actual websites advertised are scams common in the Indonesian warez market, to which I received many hacking/phishing attacks.

I have read hundreds of complaints concerning the same. Overall, the owner & their website is an illegal shuffle scam and must be shut down. Domain should be seized with refund issued.
