We purchase 5 tickets round trip to Guadalajara Mx. round trip. confirmation # SCR2RX Our experience was not as pleasant as we expected. Unfortunately our way back was horrible. We had a car accident in our way to the airport. Were not able to contact airport since we did not have a number in our boarding passes to let them know. No one will stop by and help us and we call the emergency road assistance and they told us they were not able to locate our car thru the satellite. :(
Finally some people stop by and help us out. By the time that we got to the airport it was already 5:10 p.m when our flight was to departing at 5:25 p.m I explained to one of the agents there and she send me to another stand where everybody was checking in. It was kind of awkward to me since it was already almost time for our flight and still alot of people on line to check in. At this point I asked another lady and she told me that our flight had departed already. She then send me to speak with someone else. in a Volaris stand that is on the airport. I explained to her our situation and she was not able to help at all. She said that we had lost our flight and we had to purchase another ticket for next day at full price. :( This was ridiculous not even offer to give us a discounted rate for our other ticket. I asked then for a manager or supervisor that I could speak to and she gave me a 1800 number where we were not able to speak with a life person just a recording that keep saying if we wanted to buy flight tickets. We ended up purchasing other tickets in different airline for next day with a stop on Houston which cost us 1366.86 for my family and I. I'm definable so disappointed with all this and would love some one to contact me
