i heard that this product can help with weight loss, so i looked into it. on the website it had by two get one free. at about $35 each, so i bought two. something went wrong with my payment. it was really confusing, it never actually confirmed that i had payed for it, until the money was taken.
they sent me an email to confirm that i had just payed 4109.78 FOR 3 BOTTLES. i sent them an email saying that i was misled and wanted a refund, so to cancel the shipping process. they said they couldn't do this but they could issue me with an RMA once i had received and returned the goods, if i had a tracking number this could be done straight away. it took almost a month for me to receive the goods, they were returned the next day with a tracking number. i'm still waiting for my refund. they sent me a email saying "i just processed the remaining refunds on your account, Your funds should be available in your bank account within 3-7 business days. The amount of time it takes to return the funds to your account is determined by your bank. Feel free to contact us with any further questions or concerns" on the 28th Jan. after 2 weeks of still not receiving my refund and emailed them again. they asked for screenshots of my accounts, which i realise now was a very stupid thing to do. i have not heard from them since the 8th feb, an still have no refund!
