Like the other complaints posted on this guy, he used the exact story as I was leaving baggage claim at Phila International. He acted and looked desperate, stated he had a job interview at Dupont, did not prepare to stay overnight and as a result had no cash and no credit as he was a student. He asked if I was a "Penn Stater" which I am and if I'd help a fellow Penn Stater out. He had documents and offered the above cell and email. Against my better judgment I decided to help him and have not heard from him since. I travel a lot and hope to see him again in the future.
