I ordered 5 items from Sammydress.com on January 28th, 2014. It is now February 17th and my order online STILL says processing. Every time I try to get ahold of the company through their "USA" number it is always busy. I just tried calling again today, it rang and rang and then went to a busy signal. What!? Every time I send in a ticket to hear back from them in "24 hours" I never ever get an email or response to my ticket. I am very frustrated and not pleased with their services. This was my first time ordering through them and believe me, I will NOT be making the same mistake again. If I do not get my order I do want my money back!
