I paid for my veneers and the "company" sent it to the billing address rather than the shipping address, even though both are stated clearly on the order and the email receipt attached.
"Owner" called after I complained, saying he didn't "like the tone" of my email... and that the shipping policy stated they only shipped to the billing address, which is a LIE
(please refer to the shipping policies I AGREED WITH on the TIME OF PURCHASE - attached.
I have already contacted Visa, my Bank and the Texas Consumer Affairs office.
I demand FULL refund of ALL charges PROMPTLY.
This Bill Watson person who called - needs to be stopped. This business cannot be thriving - what kind of business owner calls a client on a Sunday morning to whine about the "tone" of an email he doesn't like, rather than providing professional solution for the problems he causes?!?
