WE first got money taken out of our account on November 19,2013 for 98.00. i begin calling and getting told they did not take money from us and i needed to send them proof so i faxed them proof and yet still no response and now today February 15,2014 they took another 48.00 out of my account and again are telling me they have no records of it. well i do and i want my money back. i have never ordered anything from them. and there is no reason why they are taking money out of my account. my statement gives me this number for there company 800-969-0148
