I THOUGHT I WAS ORDERING A FREE SAMPLE AT $2.95, ON CHECKING MY CREDIT CARD BILL THEY ALSO CHARGED ME $159, THESE GOODS HAVE NEVER BEEN RECEIVED. I HAVE CONTACTED [email protected] ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS, ALL I KEEP GETTING BACK IS FROM BUSINESSWEBHELPDESK,ZENDESK.COM, WITH TICKET NUMBERS, WHICH IS NO HELP AT ALL.
I HAVE CALLED THE TELEPHONE NUMBERS THEY GAVE ME, ONE WHICH IS US DOMESTIC SUPPORT NUMBER 888 373 3911 AND ONE IN LONDON UK 4420351 40292, NO ONE COULD HELP ME, SAYING THEY CANNOT FIND MY NAME.
I HOPE THAT YOU CAN STOP THIS HAPPENING AGAIN. I HAVE ASKED THEM TO REFUND MY ACCOUNT BUT TO NO AVAIL.
THIS IS FRAUD
