When I set up my securus account I did so w $20 to start. Every phone call was cut off after just a few mins. I was receiving calls expecting I was using the phone time I had paid for. On my husbands birthday, I didn't receive a call which was very upsetting for me. I contacted securus, they informed me I owed 97.00 and blocked the calls! And the money I initially funded the account with was still sitting there untouched! Who does that! I feel like I was tricked by securus as my phone calls should have stopped when the funds I placed in the account reached its end. Now I cant even speak to my husband even if HE buys phone time through his debit acct.
