I signed up with Starion in December to get a better rate than Peco and to save money. My first bill was fine with a rate of .0799. My second bill had a rate of .189700. I was overbilled by $207.30. When I called them to ask them how they more than doubled the rate they said it was the going national rate. That is a lie. Peco is currently at .0977. They refused to refund any of my money or do anything about the rate. To make matters worse, I had no option but to sign up with them for a year. If I didn't they would continue to charge me at a ridiculous rate until Peco would take my account back, which they said would take over two months. When I signed up with them my savings for the year would have been less than $200. Now I'm out over $200. This company is a scam - do your research. There are a ton of complaints out there about them ripping people off. Stay away from them.
