j'ai vu une offre promotionnelle sur internet disant que vous proposiez votre produit avec une offre d'essai pour 5.99€. après avoir passé la commande j'ai reçu votre produit et à ma grande surprise vous avez également débité mon compte bancaire (via les numéros de ma carte de crédit) d'un montant de 89.99 € !!! Pourquoi ?? Je conteste cette facturation !! Le produit est toujours dans son emballage initial, je ne l'ai pas utilisé .Je voudrai que vous me recréditiez mon compte bancaire du montant de 84.00€. Dans le cas contraire sous 72h, je porterais plainte pour utilisation frauduleuse de carte de crédit sur internet.
