This email is to notify you that your Safecart® auto-renewal for SpeedyPC Pro - 1 SpeedyPC Pro License has failed due to a problem with your credit card information. The most common reason for this type of failure is that your credit card may have expired.

I fell ignorant to a download from Speedy Pro PC to run a scan on my computer. OF COURSE they found a couple of hundred things on my computer to repair and wanted a payment to fix them. The "i fell ignorant" part came in where I thought it was a free fix, but it must have been an moment of stupid on my part, nothing is free, including scambook.. but anyway. They sent this AS IF I already made a payment and they're having trouble collecting. WOW.. now they're trying to get a payment after I already declined making a purchase? NO thanks! I don't appreciate them PRETENDING to collect a payment when I NEVER provided the, but I didn't give ANY credit card payment. This was VERY dishonest on their part to pretend I had done so and are trying to get me to contact them to give them that information. Scam? I think so and it's just another reason not to try ANYTHING online unless you've had a previous history with them in the first place or come recommended from a trusted source.
