On 19/01/14 I took advantage of a "free trial offer" of raspberry ketone tablets with a shipment charge of £4.95. These arrived in record time within a couple of days but needless to say there was no paperwork whatsoever or instructions on usage included, just 60 tablets in a container inside a padded envelope. On 03/02/14 a further £95 was taken from my account to cover the cost of this "free trial". When I discovered this on 12/02/14 I immediately telephoned Sheridan and spoke to Kevin who informed me that the "free trial" was for a limited period of 14 days and had to be opted out of which I had failed to do thus incurring the full price of the item. However he did say I could purchase further tablets for a discounted price of £29. Needless to say I told him I would not be taking advantage of this generous offer.
