first of all they will call you in your phone with an unknown number. he will tell you that you are going to get a $7000 grant from US government department. then they transfer your call to a lady. she will ask your account number, social security number and routine number. but i gave my information. and i paid $249 with $10 service. through western union to india. cost like 11944 Rs. they already got my money within 10 min. i cant canceled. if you give your information please go to your bank. and tell them you got scammed. change your all information.
