I ordered as they advertised 4.95 --I have their e-mail for the bill to prove and that is what would be charged on my credit card. When I got my next bill for feb. I had a charge for 159.00 and 1.00. for the date 1/17. I called the company and the person Kim told me it was past my 14 days for any refund but I will send you another bottle. I just got more irritated as the bottle of product did not show up in my mail box until Feb 5th. --3 weeks later and over the 14 days for trial. I did not even get to try out the product first… The gal would not refer me to her supervisor," we don't have a supervisor to speak to" and would not give me a name of a supervisor I could contact in the morning. She stated that the amount of 159 was in the little print!! I did look over the whole advertisement before I signed up for it and did not see this.
I now can not even find the advertisement any more to refer to it and she would not send me a copy of the advertisement that stated 2 bottles for 4.95 and what I stated I would do!
I have placed a complaint and hold to my credit card also. I did not even get 4.95 charge that was stated in the advertisement on the credit card just the 160 total. This is so wrong and insensitive to buyers!!! Buyers be ware of this add it is a joke!!!
