THIS IS THE LETTER I REPLIED TO THE COMPANY'S MANAGER ADVISING ME THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO RECEIVE A REFUND OF $147.

Dear Mr.Simon,

In response to your email below I am requesting once again a full refund of the enrollment fee because the experience I had with the representative, Elijah on 1/16/14 was not done in a timely manner nor did he explain the process in detail. It seems he was only in a rush to get my money.

At the time he requested the enrollment fee of $147.00, he stated that the moment I paid this fee Payless Financial Group would begin the process of contacting all the Payday Advance companies to avoid any further debit from my account and that I would be receiving a "WELCOME PACKAGE" with all of the instructions. He also mentioned that I did not have to worry about the Payday Advance companies debiting my account any more since I had e-signed the contract with him over the phone.

Well, unfortunately it did not turn out this way, as you can see below all the transactions that were done days & weeks after Payless Financial received the enrollment fee on 1/21/14. This is when my bank alerted me that my account was over-drafted. I looked at my account online and then noticed the financial mess!
I immediately got on the phone on 1/29/14 to speak to Elijah and as I started to question him of this issue he transferred me over to Customer Service which a voice mail stated they were closed due to the heavy snow storm in Atlanta.

Mr. Simon, as you are aware of my disappointment & complaint I am requesting a full refund of the enrollment fee & I also would like to cancel any and all services your company was going to provide. By the way, I did speak to a manager on duty that same day and he reassured me that I would get my full refund within 24 hours and to expect an email as well.
Please note that I will advise my bank to stop any further payments to your firm as soon as possible.
