I saw an ad on the Internet for free trial today for Equinox and RVTL skin products. I would only have to pay for shipping nothing else was mentioned . I received my credit card bill and had two charges I didn't recognize so called the credit card company who informed me these were subscriptions. I filed a fraud complaint as I didn't authorize a subscription service. When I called customer service I was told I didn't read the terms. I had 14 days to cancel the product and that included the time it took them to ship it to me. I received the product on nov. 29 and called on Dec 2. When I got my credit card and had a contact number to cancel. The cancellation date is after the receipt date of the email and they are insisting I went to their website and dint read the fine print. I order of a Facebook advertisement and never saw any terms or any mention of a trial period and agreeing to subscription seri vice. no mention about a 14 day trial period. They agreed because I am a valued customer to give me fifty percent credit...I said no. I left messages for the supposed manager who was never there and never returned a call to messages left. There was no packing slip and no address to return a package to. The other product RVTL included a packing slip and said I had so many days to return it, I did and this was taken off my account and I have had issues with them. Not so with Equinox. They are claiming I went to a website and verified two different times I agreed to their terms....this is not true there were no terms. Beware and run from this company!
