I came across HotcloseOut one night after playing games on Publisher Clearing House. It said that you can enroll free. When I put my information in at the website it would not let me on unless I added a credit card. My belief from what I read was that it would just be stored and if I found something I wanted to bid on and won, then it would apply to my card. When I found that it charged my card $99.79 I was furious. After calming down I decided since it already charged me, I would try to bid. Every time I bid, I was unaware, it was charging my card, if I won. I could not get them on customer service. I feel so stupid and do not know where to turn. I wish I could get my money back and at least get my card wiped out. Can you help.. Im disabled and get just a small amount of money each month. I need help with this matter.
Thank you for listening.
