I purchased a pair of ugg boots online and this company never got back to me the way they promised through their online emailing message system. It has been 36 hours and I cannot get into my account to track my order that should have arrived already. I feel awful.....I am a single mother and work very hard for my money as a preschool teacher. I bought these ugg boos for my daughter and now don't even know how to get my money back from this company. Aweful!!!
