The first I knew about any transaction occuring was when I checked my online banking and saw my emergency credit card had been used. I contacted the bank and they investigated. It took several weeks to find out that someone had taken my card while I was at work and processed it. I have since been trying to contact the company to return the unopened product but can find no contact details for them. The product didn't arrive until the 30th of December which is outside their 30 days refund from original purchase date - I received that information from the bank who apparently could contact them but can't give me the details. How can I ask for a refund when I can't contact the company.
