About four hours ago, I purchased the $119.00 "super Bonus" deal as a first time user to the website, which according to what I read, guaranteed me a win within the first 24 hrs or they would "refill" my bid account till I did win. I browed the website for a few minutes, then decided to bid on some items, but the majority of my "bids" went to an Iphone 4s-16GB, resulting in at least me being able to get that specific item at dealfun price, minus the cost of all my bids right?...Wrong, when I went to actually use my buy it now option after all of my 340 bids were totally gone, expecting to get the item for "only" $554, due to me having about 4100 bucks worth of .60 cent bids in it already, the website told me that "The option to buy this product has been disabled, due to low inventory. We are sorry for the inconvenience." What a crock !!! This was all AFTER i asked for a refill of my bid account, to which they NEVER have replied back to per the guarantee !!! It has been over two hours since I emailed them now, the website says within 15 minutes on average,,yeah right!!!!!! I will seek legal help, and I will
ensure they pay me back for the fraudualant business practices to which they are engaing in, plus legal fees, if my demand is not met 100%!!!

    We are very sorry about the inconvenience. Only for some products with high demand and low availability, we have disabled the buy it now option. As you would understand, iPhone 4S is a high demand product and we could not get enough inventory but still wanted to give our users a chance to win this exclusive phone. However, we understand that this is not always favorable for the users and we are discussing this matter very seriously internally to arrive at a favorable conclusion.
