I was also charged the $99, and immediately got on the phone. I was given a $50 refund and $100 in Gas Vouchers. These turned out to be a nightmare. You have to apply for a couple, get gas, return the coupon and receipt and then get your next coupon - all only done in $10 increments, within a 10 month cycle. I got one coupon and mailed the receipt - nothing. Contacted company after several months and they sent me ANOTHER voucher (to start the 10-month cycle over), sent that in and NOTHING!! I have kept a dated timeline for the last year. I have written and faxed the company twice, chatted, phone calls. The BBB is my next stop.
