While downloading a version of Internet Explorer a representative of this Company called and said my computer was infected and would not work unless they had access and made changes. They are very convincing. They supposedly started to repair. While they were in the process a Company Rep called that I had hired to monitor my computer and said this Company was a "Scammer" and proceeded to show me programs they had removed to protect my computer and 2 programs they had added that reported everything that would be in my computer to their server. All virus and firewall software had been removed as well as virus and hacker programs that were previously installed.
This is a brand new computer that they laid to waste and it cost $170. to have repaired. I now have more money in repairs than computer cost new.

I am unable to use a credit card to pay for member support as my cards were discontnued due to action over this company.
