I being young wanted to try and win a Xbox one for free I was told all I have to do was sign up to receive this free knife from cooking pleasures and a couple other offers. I did as i was told then I received the box from cooking pleasures with a knife in it the box clearly says "here's a free gift for you" the next day I get an overdraft notice from my bank I was 89.99 for the knife that was supposedly free. I call customer service they tell me to ship them back the knife and they will refund my money.I ship back the first knife and weeks later I receive another package same place same free gift for you label and again they charged me 89.99 so I call again she states that the account has been closed I should not have been charged again and to ship it back again to receive my money. I am still waiting after two weeks for my money to be put back in my bank account. I swear this company needs to be sued for false advertisement.
