Went to Dr. Folteck in Hampton, Va and paid $150.00 for initial exam. They counseled with me about the work that needed to be done at the cost of about $15,000. They stated to me that I would not find out how much the grant is until I signed a contract to start the work. Therefore, I did not do this because I could have been charged the total amount and legally obligated to have the work done there and pay that amount! I tried to obtain the grant obviously because I do not have $15,000 to have all of the work done. So here I am needing that amount of work done and no way to do it. IT IS A RIP-OFF!! I am not sure of the date I went, so I just picked a date.
