I submitted my request for a $5 coupon on 10-1-13 and got the usual e-mail back to expect the coupon in 4 to 6 weeks.(see below)

If you have not received your reward after 6 weeks, please contact Consumer Services at 1-800-526-6251 or email us at "[email protected]".

Six weeks later I called as the e-mail said to do if the coupon hadn't arrived and was told they were behind, so give it another 4 weeksand got the followig e-mail.

The first week in Jan 14 I called again and talked to Amy again and got the same run around again followed by this e-mail.

Dear Bruce (Personal Information Removed),
Thank you for your recent Schiff® Loyalty Rewards order. Due to an overwhelming response, Schiff® Glucosamine and Schiff® Move Free® coupon orders are temporarily delayed. Your request will be processed as soon as possible. Please accept our apologies for this delay, and thank you for your patience.

We will be crediting your account with 50 bonus points in recognition of the delay that you have experienced.

Thanks again -- we appreciate your understanding of the situation!

To date still no coupon. I told her that if they weren't planning on sending out coupons they should disconinue the program rather than screw everyone over like this. me with the 50 points but if they never send any coupons out... what good is 50 extra points. people should be aware of this scam being used to get people to buy their products.Here is the link to their webpage that still shows the reward program benefits and what to expect.
