My computer crashed on the evening of 1/29/2014. I purchased a service that would clean and speed up my computer after contacting them the following day. I spoke with Rajish Kumar, Satish Kumar and Rajish Mahanta on 1/30/2014 who took control remotely to fix my computer About 1 1/2 hours.
Later in the evening it crashed the same as before, so I called again on 1/31/2014 and was given Meenakshi Gupta. Same result after.
