An agent from Gold Insight by phone, persuaded me to buy gold direct from the mine in the U.S.A. The company is Own Gold LLC in Houston. I said I didn't want to receive physical gold. He lied by saying it could be held at the mine. As the price of gold was about to soar, I would be able to sell it back to them and make a profit. I purchased 3 troy ounces on the 17th January and on the 7th February,2012, respectively. I transferred my funds to a bank in New York. The Gold Insight agent told me that they'd always be there to advise. Gold Insight no longer exists and have left an unacceptable phone no. on their answering machine for Own Gold LLC, Houston where an operator puts one through to a voice mail. I am in contact with Own Gold and have been given their apologies and excuses. Due to the weather, they're unable to mine and are waiting to use their new equipment. I want a refund.
