cash flow kit, auctionzenmaster/angry elephant

i was ending a trial period with the company cash flow kit and hadn't yet had time to even access their website, so i called and cancelled. on 1/5/14 the company charged my credit card. i spent the next 10 days arguing with their customer service dept, then i went to work, researching the company. the young lady kept telling my the refund had be approved and it would be a couple more days. found out parent co. is auctionzenmaster, the one above them is angry elephant which has a website that is completely a facade (the page is non functioning, even though it implies that you can touch a button and it will take you elsewhere, it doesn't).the 'angryelephant' website also implies they have a email address however, i have sent several to no avail. it would really be great if you could do something about this, please, if you can - contact me - just knowing would put my mind at ease. thank you.
