This is a total scam. I completed a survey in December 2013 for a magazine. For completing the survey I was offered several options for completing the survey. I received the free sample. Since then I received 2 shipments for $89.83 each. No contact information is provided on the shipping statement or label. I contacted them because this site offered a phone number. There was NO information saying that I would continue to receive shipments.
